Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the problem

Change of Mind Returns
As all products are made to order specifically for each customer, we are generally unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Personal preference regarding colour, design, or appearance
We encourage customers to carefully review all product details, sizing information, and order information before completing their purchase.
Order Cancellations
Orders enter production shortly after being placed. As a result, cancellation requests can only be accommodated if production has not yet commenced.

Lost or Missing Orders
